You must be sure that the address and zip code match what your credit card bank has on file. If your card fails due to AVS - Address verification, double check the physical address and the zip code, making sure to match your billing statement with the credit card company. • Up to one week prior to the commencement of the first class - 100% refund
• Six days or less prior to the commencement of the first class - 50% refund if AAA Driver Training is ready, willing, and able to fulfill its part of the agreement
• First class and after - AAA Driver Training will not refund any tuition or part of tuition if the school is ready, willing, and able to fulfill its part of the agreement

• Prior to the first drive - 100% refund

• After the first drive - AAA Driver Training will not refund any tuition or part of tuition if the school is ready, willing and able to fulfill its part of the agreement

This depends on a few factors. Class and behind-the-wheel taken together will likely take several months or longer. If you are just doing behind-the-wheel lessons, you will be required to wait a few weeks in-between each lesson. The driving package you select and your availability will be a big factor in how quickly you're able to progress.

By Wisconsin law, you are not allowed to miss a class unless it is a legitimate emergency (sudden illness, family emergency, etc.) Therefore you should choose a class that doesn't interfere with sports, after school activities, vacations, etc.

Generally, you can start within a couple of weeks of signing up. We do require that you practice for at least 10 hours with your parents before your first lesson.

Your instructor will complete all the necessary paperwork and enter your information into the State's electronic system within 24 hours of completing the last drive or observation. You will be able to go the DMV website and see this information, where you can then choose to waive the road test or schedule a road test. More infomration can be found here. 

You'll need the following:

• Provide all required documentation from classroom portion. This is emailed to you from DOT so check your spam/junk folder if cannot find it. If you still cannot find it, please contact the school you took classroom with to resolve the issue.
• Obtain your permit if you don't have it already.

No, although most students will start their BTW lessons shortly after class is complete. However, it is possible to start BTW lessons toward the end of the classroom session. This is dependent on the teen's ability to pass all required permit tests, obtaining their permit, and their availability.

Yes, you must have your permit to schedule your first lesson. It is Wisconsin law that your first driving lesson must be done within 60 days from issuance of your mv3001 form.

Yes, you must bring your permit with you to every lesson - this is a law. If you do not bring your permit, you will not be allowed to drive, the lesson will be canceled, and you'll be charged the late cancelation fee.

If you're observing, you should still bring your permit in the event that the driver doesn't show and you can drive!

It depends. There will be times that you are driving with other students in the vehicle observing you, other times you will not.

If that is your preference, you can choose the instructor based on their availability and your availability.

No, you are able to drive with different instructors.

No. All driving lessons will start and end at the AAA Madison West office. This ensures that all students recieve the same driving lessons and all objectives are met.

This depends on the package you choose, the instructors' availability, your availability, and how much practice you get with your parents in between each lesson. A teen must have their permit for at least six months so we recommended stretching out the driving lessons throughout this period or even longer.

Learning is best done over a longer period of time. Therefore, we strongly discourage completing the driving lesson too quickly and space out lessons a few weeks apart. 

You will log in to your account and cancel the lesson. Please note our cancelation policy.

Yes. A missed drive, including one that is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours before the drive time, will incur a fee. This fee will need to be paid before you're able to schedule your next lesson. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours, there is no charge. If you have a legitimate emergency and must cancel with less than 24 hours, please contact us in addition to canceling the lesson in your account.

One hour of driving and two hours observations per day are allowed. We recommend that a student do no more than two hours total (drives and/or observations) in a day though.
